Sarogini Millott
Sarogini is part of the original team forming Community Underwriting and is an experienced insurance professional with almost 20 years experience with a range of brokers and insurer CGU.
Sarogini has been instrumental in the ongoing growth and success of our agency and has previously worked on the former CRISP Not for Profit portfolio.
Nikki Hodder
Nikki joined the Community Underwriting team in June 2016 and has more than 16 years experience in the Insurance Industry.
Her responsibilities have included the management of an inwards international portfolio as well as commercial underwriting, business development / broker service. She has worked across many lines such as property, casualty, life and reinsurance and is a valuable asset to our team
Nikki has volunteered with ProjectsAbroad helping to make a positive impact in disadvantaged communities in the South Pacific.
Jacqui Scaf
Jacqui joined Community Underwriting in 2021 and has more than 27 years experience in the Insurance Industry.
Having previously run her own broking business she has a solid understanding of broker expectations and what we can do to help them find a solution for their clients.
Emma Cook
Emma joined us in 2021, having previously worked with a rural underwriting agency providing insurance solutions for brokers across a broad range of agricultural clients and activities.
Tony Wagner
Tony joined the team in 2023 and brings with him a wealth of experience in retail and wholesale broking and as an underwriter.
He is an active volunteer at the Dayboro Pony Club and organises fundraising events for various charities. In his spare time he is also an enthusiastic muso and entertainer.
Gail Forno
Gail joined Community Underwriting in July 2023 and has more than 37 years experience in the Insurance Industry.
Having worked in various roles including loss adjusting , business development management , regional manager incorporating broker training, underwriting and specialised strata and business lines, Gail is dedicated to helping all our brokers with their client needs.
Tony Morris
Tony joined Community Underwriting in December 2023 and has more than 26 years in the insurance industry.
Having worked in various roles within broking, underwriting and claims for liability, commercial motor and property, the experience he brings is an asset to the team and our clients.
Tony is a proud member of Paw Prints Canine Rescue, a non-for-profit organisation that fosters abandoned animals.
Elizabeth Byrne
Liz has 4 years industry experience working with a broker and specialising in developing insurance solutions for NDIS providers.

Jacqui Coonerty
Jacqui joined the Community Underwriting team in 2022 and has experience both as a broker and insurer over many years. This experience provides her with great empathy both from the client and broker perspective but also the requirements of an underwriting agency to provide consistent and long term solutions for our not for profit clients.
Gurdeep Kaur
Gurdeep joined the Community Underwriting team in 2022.
She has worked in support roles in the financial services industry in Malaysia for a number of years. She is one of our initial points of contact ensuring that brokers and their clients receive prompt and effective resolutions to their queries.
Dayanie Neville
Dayanie joined the Community Underwriting team in 2022.
She has worked in both administrative roles as well as in claims for AIG in Malaysia. She is one of our initial points of contact ensuring that brokers and their clients receive prompt and effective resolutions to their queries.
Di Sluga
Di is the friendly voice on the phone chasing our clients and brokers to make sure we receive premiums on time to meet our obligations to insurers and to ensure that coverage remains in place.
Di has worked as a credit controller for a diverse range of industries including roles at Associated Marine and ACE / Cigna, so has a good understanding of the needs of our insurance clients.
Olivia Wood
Olivia has more than 16 years’ experience in accounting / bookkeeping related roles in both the UK and Australia.
She is responsible for the review and monthly production of the Agency bordereau’s, responding to financial queries from insurers and the reconciliation of CUW’s trust accounts.
Graeme Berwick OAM
Graeme is a director and one of the founding team members of Community Underwriting, transitioning the business from the former CRISP insurance facility in 2014 into today’s successful underwriting agency.
He has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry in Australia and overseas, having worked in senior roles at international insurance brokers Willis and Marsh. For the last 20 years he has run his own management consultancy and been involved as advisor, shareholder and/or principal consultant in a number of industry related businesses.
Graeme is a Board member of Meals on Wheels NSW and has been involved with the Association for more than 15 years.
Les MacDonald
Les has been CEO of Meals on Wheels NSW Ltd since 2002 and a director of Community Underwriting since its formation in 2014.
Prior to that he has held a number of senior roles including Executive Director for the Uniting Care Ageing and Disability Service, Head of the State Owned Corporations Division of the NSW Premiers Department and General Manager of the Maritime Service Board of NSW.
Les has been involved in a broad range of advisory roles to government, community organisations and church council.
