A resource to help Not for Profits manage the impact of Data Breach Laws
From 1 January 2018, small businesses in NSW are eligible for a stamp duty exemption on their insurances if the meet the criteria set out by the NSW government. From the products that Community Underwriting offers to its Not for Profit clients', it applies to professional indemnity insurance (other than malpractice), public and products liability and commercial motor vehicle insurances.
Each year Community Underwriting allocates 5% of our surplus to a small grants pool available to our renewing clients to apply against specific projects.
Community Underwriting Agency has been voted by Australian insurance brokers as the best underwriting agency for Not for Profit clients for the second year in a row.
The survey undertaken by media outlet Insurance Business asked brokers to nominate the top three underwriting agencies in 11 product categories.
One surveyed broker singled out Community Underwriting for providing "competitive prices and comprehensive cover". A second broker commended the business and its not-for-profit packages, specifically praising the business for "good service, competitive premiums and fantastic turnaround times".
